WHO we ARE

Dustin started out on his Dad's job sites as the official clean up crew as a kid. He began his carpentry apprenticeship in 1998. Over the years he continued to develop his skills and found his gifts in fine finish carpentry, which led to the beginning of his own business in 2001. In the relocation process and building of a new construction business, Amber stepped in to use her gifts in coaching teams and individuals to develop a relational infrastructure for the business from the inside out & help continue to grow the business while maintaining the relational foundation they desire at the core. You will also find her building a digital marketing presence and running administrative support and organization.

Dustin & Amber hope to change the outlook of the construction industry in the PNW by building relationships and offering customer service beyond the bottom line. To partner with their team as well as their clients and the community to help them reach their goals & dreams.
